| Beach Goes Pops Was a Great Success |

Thank you to Everyone Involved with The 19th Annual Beach Goes Pops
Thank you goes out to everyone involved with this year's Beach Goes Pops event. It was a great success. We couldn't have done it without the terrific vendors, musicians, volunteers and, of course the patrons. Couldn't have asked for a better time.
For more information about the artists and the event, go to www.beachgoespops.com.

To All Vina Del Mar Island Association Members
Thank you to all residents who paid their 2009 VDMIA Annual Dues. Over half of the Island of Vina Del Mar are now members of our association. We have now ended our membership drive for the 2009 Dues. Dues help fund a number of different projects, events, newsletters and various other Vina-specific expenditures. Remember, members receive discounts on many events sponsored by our Association.
Thank you to all of our members for your support, and thank you to Marge Fowler, the Membership Committee Chairperson. If you ever have questions or comments, you can always call Marge at 363-3253. Also, if you are considering to volunteer or run for a board position (there are a few positions open), please let Marge know.
Vina Del Mar Island Directory
Most of the new Vina Directories have been delivered. If you have not received your Vina Directory (One FREE per resident), you may contact any of our Board Members to make arrangements to pick up your directory. You may also purchase additional directories for $10 each (while supplies last).
Thank you to everyone who helped put the directory together as well as to our local contributing advertisers. We are sure you will find this to be a valuable community resource.
Welcome Sign for the Island
The Vina Del Mar Island Association (VDMIA), more specifically, the Beautification Committee worked very hard in the design, creation and installation of our new community sign. There is a message board as well. Please refer to it for upcoming events or important announcements. Thank you to the beautification committee for all of your hard work.
The new landscaping is completed. Nice job! Please do NOT place signs on or near our community sign.
